A federal District Court Judge in Michigan has ruled that Bush's warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional and has ordered that the program be halted immediately.
YES!! I fairly cheered when I read that this morning. Of course, it'll probably be apealed, and go knows how the case will faire in front of the Roberts court...

I have heard rumor the stay has already been granted.
Don't you love this party, the rule of law party. Oh wait, I forgot, the rule of law only applies in immigrant issues!
