Remember that game when you were a wee one - I believe it was on Sesame Street - called Guess Which One Is Not Like The Others.
Well, look at the pictures below and let's see if we can determine which one is different; and I'm not talking about being convicted versus facing a mountain of evidence likely to bring a conviction - I'm talking about guessing which one, and only one, had his congressional office searched by the FBI.

well the one on top has a really bad 'toup
the guy on the bottom looks like he's recovering from one hell of a hangover
the guy in the middle looks upstanding and honest. So I pick him, cuz he's obviously guilty of serving while black....

Good point ... I can see why the FBI would distinguish between a guy who had cash hidden in his home refrigerator as opposed to one who was receiving, in part, whores (Duke) and another who was being loaded up with casino chips (Ney).
