One of the things that really bothers me about Iran war hawks is the complete lack of comprehension they have of the geographic challenges an Iranian war would pose.
We have to "surge" our troops of of an on-going war in Afganistan to secure the smaller Iraq. Now they want troops for Iran, too? Where exactly do they expect them to come from?

The sunday before last there was an interesting article in the NYT Sunday Magazine about Iranian politics.
Seems like Amenijiad (sp) is not all that popular. His people lost big in a recent election.
If the neocons can keep their pants on, maybe the "crisis" will pass.

Remember how we couldn't inspect a country the "size of California?" Consider how hard a time we've been having in a country that size,
then consider what we'd be looking at in a ground war inside a country the size of California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and part of Idaho.
