Rove's Waiver Game (or How Cooper Got Dizzy)

I previously posted about when a Waiver is not a waiver with regard to a guy like Karl Rove.

Wow ... now it appears that Cooper misread Rove's public lies as "Game off!!!" when really Karl was all about "Game On!!!"
