A critical fact in establishing the circumstantial case against Scott Peterson was evidence of his possible flight.
Another way of showing consciousness of guilt is evidence of a changing story or false alibis. With Rove, there's evidence not only that he lied to Scott McClellan about his role in the leak but it also seems there may be evidence he lied to the FBI.

I don't know about you, Macswain, but I hope Nancy takes over from that awful man Larry King. To this southern girl, Nancy's no-nonsense talk is just what the doctor ordered. It's only you criminal-coddling softies who make fun of our girl.
If I were on one of Nancy's juries, and she said "fry," my only question would be "how hot?"
Now how about a post about Justice Roberts? He's one of us, I can just tell, and once he gets a chance, he's going to take away that awful Roe v Wade babykilling decision.

Why on earth would you bring Nancy Grace into something
political? She cares nothing
about politics, per her own words.
Neither one of her shows, CTV or HLN deals with politics.
Nancy is a brilliant person who
concentrates her time on the
abused and especially missing
and abused children.
Wake up man, pick on someone your own size. Nancy is way too big for you to mess with.
She has many fans that will come to her aid if anyone tries to
do anything to her.
Get a life! You need to be dealing with Washington and
the President, not Ms.Grace.

I agree with you fanofgrace 100%. People are just jealous of Nancy because she is good at what she does.
I would say the same thing to if I was on her jury.
she really should take over for Larry King, I bet you the ratings would go skyhigh.

You are right about the LKL rating. They always go up
when Nancy is on. In my opinion,
LKL is a lousy interviewer.
He is an old man that needs to
retire.
