Jabbor Gibson - The Renegade Bus Driver.

Great Story Mac. Considering, I'm going to toss out a term that, if this ever comes to trial, I hope it saves young Jabbor from a criminal record.

It's called Juror nullification. Essentially, all jurors have the right to say, "we think he did it, and find him NOT guilty".

It's perfectly legal though not oft talked about for obvious implications (too easy for bigots to let each other off for hate crimes).

So if Jabbor does find himself potentially in big trouble... remember, two words... juror nullification.

This guy is a hero. And he should be lauded for using common sense and being brave. But he'll probably be prosecuted and the idiots at FEMA and Homeland Security will be given a raise.
