NBC: Free Speech Does Not Include Statements "Disparaging to President Bush."
Think Progress has a post up on NBC's refusal to air the commercial for the Dixie Chicks' movie "Shut Up and Sing." NBC has statee in writing that it "cannot accept these spots as they are disparaging to President Bush.”

Pathetic. Hopefully it'll end up backfiring and actually make the movie more popular like when the fundies made a big deal about Last Temptation of Christ.
