Today I announce that I reverse my position and come out in full support of gay marriage ... particularly marriage between passionate females.

I dunno MacSwain. Strikes me as a form of defamation. Not criminal, true, but tortious. What if I wrote a letter to the editor, embracing opinions which you find objectionable, and signed your name? Wouldn't you have a beef, even if I used my own pen and paper?
The "prankster" obviously was only thinking of whether it was an illegal "hack," not whether it might have violated other law. This was just a dirty trick (admittedly cleverly executed). Too bad you Dems are so morally blind that you can only see wrongdoing across the aisle.

You need damages for defamation. Hell, the "passionate females" line netted McCain about 100,000 votes.
He oughta put the guy on the payroll and thank him for not bending him over for the bandwidth piracy.
