Something Light for the Fourth of July - Wot!!!

For the Fourth of July, I get heavy into the Americana. I'll take the family down the road to the small town parade with a big time rodeo that we attend every year. Then it's back home, where I'll barbecue ribs on the back porch with the speakers blaring zydeco, cajun, blues and country. Neighbors and family will bring the sides - homemade potato salad, grilled corn and, of course, thick slices of watermelon, just to name a few.
