Did you read the update? Cheney's blaming the lack of the appropriate stamp on the Texas Parks and Wildlife staff that processed his license. It's always someone else's fault. Always.

So has Cheney ever taken reponsibility for anything? Nope, never will. And the fact there are so many Americans buying this makes me want to puke.
