Senators Obama and Coburn proposed legislation for the creation a public, searchable database of all federal grants and contracts.

As could be predicted, a Senator placed a secret hold on the Obama-Coburn bill.

Now let the fun begin ... right and left blogs have joined to unmask the Senator who is secretly blocking this popular piece of legislation.
