Listening to the Generals ... NOT!!!
Remember the Bush mantra that he follows to the advice of the Generals when it comes to troop levels? While I doubt that was ever the case, the Washington POst is reporting that the Joint Chiefs are unanimous in opposition to the White House's latest idea of a "surge" in troop levels.

Does it really matter? If we wern't stuck in the middle of this war, wouldn't we already be invading Iran? or some other purported enemy? The fucking limp dick Dems are no better than the Reps with regard to opposing going to war. The military industrial complex has a strangle hold on America. eg. Boeing. (have you noticed the Boring commercials on TV lately?)
Maybe with enough soldiers wounded or dead, the draft will resume, and this appears to be the best deterrant to U.S. aggression throughout the world. "We've met the enemy, and they are us".
