That picture made me pull out my tattered copy of "Transplant--A Heart Surgeon's Account of the Life-and-Death Dramas of the New Medicine" by WH Frist, MD.
As I recall, he talks about leaving his bride at the altar, his love of our furry friends, and other qualities which make for a great commander in chief.
