Well, we found something the Republicans can react quickly too. We know its not e-mails that raise suspicions of predatory activity. So what is it? What are the quick to react to?
I just did a Google image search on Mark Foley and you would be astounded as to how quickly sites with photos of him and fellow Republicans are swirling down the memory hole.
As always, Republicans are on top of what's most important. Saving their own asses.

To parrott Thom Hartmann, I find the timing of this whole Foley thing interesting. Just as JonBenet Ramsey's "killer" was "caught" in Thailand the same day a federal court ruled Bush's domestic spy program illegal, this "revelation" of Foley's pedophilia is coming on the heels of Woodward's book, which says that the administration (and Condi specifically) had plenty of warning about 9/11 and did nothing. Sadly, I feel like people are taking the bait - they've been talking more about Foley than Woodward for the past couple of days. Say what you want to about karl Rove... he knows how to play people (and the media) like a well tuned fiddle.
